A Sisqó Imposter Has Been On The Loose In New York Fashion Week
The real Dru Hill front man has been touring and definitely was NOT in the Fashion Week.
New York, NY – Sisqó you might need to change your signature blonde hair after an impostor allegedly pretended to be the singer in several high-profile performances in New York Fashion Week. A man named Gavin Barnes says that we don't try to fool anyone into thinking that he was the Dru Hill frontman, but his vague explanation left many questions unanswered.
Barnes, 31-year-old was seen wrapped up in Versace, sitting front row with a personal assistant at Kanye West's Yeezy Season 5 show and presentations of Philipp Plein and Vivienne Tam, Page Six reports. At a quick glance, the imitation of Sisqó could have misled the least known, but a closer look shows that Barnes is not, obviously, the Baltimore singer.
Page Six adds that Barnes attempt to address the aircraft of an unknown person, heading to the Caribbean when it was revealed that he was definitely not Sisqó. To add to the farce, the publication writes that Barnes boasted to the attendees that he performed in the City of New York's Meatpacking District. Barnes was contacted for comment and he denied that he never said that he was Sisqó, but he tried to deny his namesake all the same.
Sisqó team was informed of the incident and clarified that his man was in Las Vegas in a tour stop. According to reports, Sisqó has been the demolition of Barnes' photos responding "Datz Not Me" on Instagram. The "Thong Song", the singer's management team told Page Six that the Budget of Sisqó attempt to imitate it was "flattering" at best.
Sisqó was presented at an up-tempo track "give me A Good Song", with the veteran singer Marie Osmond in 2016.
