Birdman reportedly Facing $12M Lawsuit Foreclosure

Miami, FL – Cash Money Records co-founder Bryan "Birdman" Williams is being hit with a $ 12 million foreclosure lawsuit, according to the South Florida Business Journal.
EMG's Transfer Agent filed the complaint on November 30 against Birdman, CM Spirits LLC and Criteria Operations, LLC, for lack of payment on his extensive mansion of Miami and North Miami office building, the home of the Hit Factory criteria Recording Studios.
Birdman, you clearly have an affinity for the good things of life, bought the house for $14.5 million in 2012 and listed for sale last June for $20 million, although it is currently on the market for $16.9 million.
