Birdman was Ordered to Pay $1M TO Former Employee After Skipping Court

Ex-employee of Nicolas Jose Penzo filed the original lawsuit in April of 2018.

Miami, FL – It's safe to say that Birdman is not having the best week. After being hit with a $ 12 million lawsuit earlier this month, the Cash Money Records co-founder is now on the hook for another million.

According to court documents obtained by The Explosion, a Florida judge has granted a default judgment against Birdman in the amount of $1,069,876. The money is given to the former employee Nicolas Jose Penzo who sued Birdman, Cash Money Records, and Pine View Management LLC in April of 2018..centered-ad {
