Cardi B-Bends Down Never Making A Nicki Minaj Diss Song
"I'am not the type of person to put things on wax. That's not me."
Cardi B spoke with Beats 1 host Ebro Darden via FaceTime earlier this week. During the conversation, the platinum-selling artist dished on motherhood, the "lost" Money," individual and social media hate.
Born in the Bronx, also denied a Nicki Minaj diss track ever existed, and assured Darden never will.
"It was never my thing," she said." The way in which it occurred to me, was never to disrespect anyone. I still feel like I don't need to diss anyone for anything. I am not the type of person to put things on wax. That's not me. I have a bad temper. That urge to do things that don't represent me.
"I don't like when people are subbing to me, so why would I be subbing in the music? That's just not my thing. Any problem that I do, I always talk to people face to face."
When Darden asked him if I could be in the same room together, Cardi replied, "I don't care. Is what the energy is like. I don't care."
In another part of the conversation, the Cardi open about it and Offset the decision to keep Kulture outside of the public eye, the "Taki Taki" the collaboration with DJ Snake, Ozuna, and Selena Gomez, a possible Latin album of the 2019 tour and her alleged "Wet" track with Beyoncé.
