Casanova reportedly wanted By the Police For Allegedly Assaulting the Woman At NYC Diner
One woman says that Roc Nation, the rapper and his team attacked.
New York, NY – AN order of Casanova's arrest has been issued by the police department, according to TMZ.
The Roc Nation rapper is accused of assaulting a woman in Good Things restaurant in the City of New York. The victim, Niya Rucker, spoke to PIX11 News about the incident, which allegedly happened around 4:40 in the morning on Monday (6 August).
Rucker claims Casanova and his team attacked, because they thought that it was the transmission of a video of them on Instagram. She says she was only trying to show your food to its followers.
Things became violent when they tried to stop her and take your phone. According to Rucker, a man who put her in a chokehold, before dragging out of the cockpit and throughout the dining room. Casanova took his phone and delete the video.
Rucker suffered a fractured jaw and the loss of a tooth in the altercation. She had to receive several stitches for a cut on his face.
"This is shameful," he told PIX11. "I have not eaten in three days."
Rucker showed the New York-based news station messages of Casanova crew, who apparently asked him not to speak publicly about what happened.
