Common & Andra Day Performed "Stand Up For Something" In The Oscar-2018

The song comes from the Thurgood Marshall biopic, "Marshall."

Hollywood, CA – Common, associated with Andra Day to perform a rendition of their collaboration of the song "Stand Up For Something" in 2018 the Academy Awards. Common kicked off the performance with a special free-verse makes reference to the Park shooting in Florida and called the NRA.

The track that comes Marshall, a 2017 biopic about the first black Supreme Court Justice, Thurgood Marshall. Best Original Song candidate is the second Common court to be nominated by the Academy. In 2015, he and John Legend won the award for his "Glory" in the 2014 film Selma.
