Diddy Promises Of $1 Million For The New Bronx Charter School

Putting those dollars to good use.

Bronx, NY – Sean "Diddy" Combs is continuing its efforts to offer more to the children with a good education. The Hip Hop mogul has announced the opening of a new charter school in the Bronx and pledged $1 million to the company.

"I know from my own experience that to receive a good education makes a great impact in the future of a child," she wrote on Instagram. "I want our children to have access to everything they need to succeed in school and life. That is why I am also pledging $1,000,000 to help to give our children every advantage possible."

The new charter, which is part of the Capital Preparatory Schools of the network, will be launched in the year 2019. Diddy before he helped to found the network of the first charter school in the Harlem neighborhood.
