According to court documents, Nicholas believes that used a sample of their 2000 cut "Roll Call", but he never asked for permission, or offers of money.

Nicolas says that he originally published the beat of a CD almost 20 years ago and did not realize that had been stolen up to "In My Feelings" and "good For What" started to dominate the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Nicholas is seeking damages of Asylum Records, Cash Money Records and Republic Records. Drake has not responded to the demand of the public.
