Drake The Preparation Of "Very Big Moment" For The Year 2017 Billboard Music Awards Performance

More life, more applause.

Las Vegas, NV – Drake is making his return to the awards show stage on Sunday (May 21), when performed at the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas. This marks his first time on a platform from 2016, when he joined Rihanna on the Brit Awards for a performance of "Work".

Sources say that the show is worth the wait. Billboard Music awards' executive producer Mark Bracco told Billboard, the Toronto superstar has something special up his sleeve, taking in, taking into account both points of view and More Life slipped from his last performance.

"You know, Drake is not done on tv very often, so I think that when it does it is a real event," he said. "We have built a truly great relationship with your team, work creatively with them and comes up with a great idea, and I think it's going to be a very, very big moment in the show. It is not a surprise, necessarily, but it's going to be a time in which people are not exactly what I expected.... It's going to be memorable, I promise you that."

The night is very special for Dreezy as he has 22 nominations, including top Artist, Top Radio Songs Artist, Top Rap Artist and Top Billboard 200 album with VIEWS. Bracco, explained the work that was taken to ensure that Drake's appearance coincides with your Board foot.

"We were talking with Drake's people for months about doing the program," he said. "Obviously then became the main candidate and that is a big problem and trying to come up with something really different and unique and exciting and spectacular... And that is what Drake you deserve is a great, great time and, luckily, in working with your team, I think we have come up with something so creative that it's going to be really amazing."

Nicki Minaj is set to open the show with special guests Lil Wayne, David Guetta, and Jason Derulo. Other artists include Celine Dion (who will do a special performance of "My Heart Will Go On" in honour of Titanic's 20th anniversary) and John Legend joining Im
