#DXHitList: The Weeknd, Curren$y & Cardi B Top This Week's Spotify Playlist
All of your Easter Sunday vibrations.
Spotify – The Weeknd opens this week #DXHitList with "Try Me" off of his Beloved Melancholy, EP. The project came as a surprise following a trail of cryptic messages from the XO singer left fans pining for new Weeknd music. In "Try Me", The Weeknd makes an attempt to sing his way into a takes the heart of the woman through a sensuous and disturbing Mike WiLL Made-It production.
New music from Curren$y's last mixtape of the Parking lot of the Music is also present on this week's #DXHitList. "Right Here" featuring Casey Veggies is without a doubt a stand-out cutting among the nine topics listed in the project. Produced by Purps, "Here" directions of a good time, women, groupies, thots, and the like.
Cardi B of Privacy Invasion is scheduled for an April 6 drop and the first single off the debut project "Be Careful", is also located at the top of the #DXHitList. The single has been met with lukewarm reviews, however, the song is provided to the radio-friendly production courtesy of Frank Dukes and Boi-1da and is coupled with the Cardi spit lyrics that speak clearly of the experience of being with a man who does not appreciate you.
Rich the Kid slap "No doubt", with Future, as well as new music from DJ Esco, Trill Sammy, St. JHN, Jean Grae, and U-God, are also included in this week's #DXHitList.
