Flow Scotty ATL "Smokin In My Own Strain" Mixtape

The MC celebrates his 29th birthday with Curren$y, Starlito, and Drumma Boy.

Scotty ATL is celebrating his 29th birthday yesterday (15 January) with the launch of its Smokin In My Own Strain mixtape.

The project, launched through their Cool Club of the label, it is hosted by DJ Scream, DJ Tokars and DJ Mike Mars and has 12 tracks. Starlito, Kap G and Curren$y all make appearances, and the late Doe B and Funds Frescoes are each risen by a verse.

The production on Smokin In My Own Stress comes from Drumma Boy, JayeLL and KE on the Track.

In November, Scotty ATL spoke with HipHopDX about his year in Atlanta, which was plagued with violence and the deaths of those he was near.

"What has been happening up to the point where you have to remember to have the feeling," he said to the high Features Writer, Ural Garrett. "You go into a sense of what is going on and you have to remember to have a sensation. When you're on tour, niggas is holding the arm of the chair, you can go to any part with him. You have a litter or go outside for a minute, but I still have to perform and get to the radio. You still have to get out of here. You can't be standing all day with a crown. You just learn how to make it through."

After releasing the Bread of every day, Nostalgic, Unplugged, and a joint project with B. or.(B) in 2016, Scotty is himself for another productive year.
