Here's How to Tekashi 6ix9ine Has Responded To Its Sex-Crime Allegations

When the rainbow-haired rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine started to pick up traction with his viral hit "Gummo," details of the 21 years of the personal life also began to emerge. More worrying was his sexual misconduct case involving a minor.

After fellow rappers Trippie Red and Zillakami accused him of being a "pedophile" in social networks, it was discovered 6ix9ine really guilty to the Manhattan District attorney's office for "the use of a child in a sexual performance" in 2015, according to Jezebel. The native of Brooklyn, has responded to the recent wave of publicity of dissection in the case with zero remorse.

6ix9nine, which obviously has an affinity for blow-up dolls (male or female), was arrested after the mother of the victim discovered three disturbing videos of his son, then 13 years old, in line. In an interview with DJ Akademiks, tried to downplay the incident and stated that it happened "two to three years." The complaint was officially filed with the police on February 23, 2015.

The New York State Unified Court System's online database says that he was arrested on March 5, 2015. The graphic details of the crime described in the Jezebel article, and involve several men. In the interview with the Daily Struggle to co-host, 6ix9ine is a firm "no violation."

Although 6ix9ine is currently free, which has been repeatedly pointed out, his sentence was suspended for two years, until October 20, 2017, and since then it has been postponed further. From now on, the judgment, as reported, is scheduled for January 30, 2018.
