Here's What we Know About Kendrick Lamar's Next Album (although not Much)

We humbly present to you...

Something Kendrick Lamar is on the 7th of April. Most of the speculation says that it is, in fact, a new album — even if K. Dot or TDE have not confirmed.

Fellow TDE-er Schoolboy Q posted on Snapchat about his labelmate "Humble.," which confirms that the single is part of an LP.

Let's break down what else we know about the project so far.

Starting with the basics, the supposed release date is the 7th of April, that comes from Kendrick himself in "The Heart of Part 4," where he warns the rest of the rap game "y'all you have until April 7 to get y'all shit together."

Apart from that, it is not known the title, the cover art, or confirmation of the list of songs for the follow-up to the Grammy-winning Pimp a Butterfly.

A rumored list of songs emerged shortly after the publication of "The Heart of Part 4," and is quite convincing with features from Kanye West, Q-Tip, Andre 3000, Anderson .Paak, Anna Wise and Bilal. Maybe a guest appearance from D'angelo is a bit of an exaggeration, but if someone can get the legendary singer on a track right now would be Kendrick, right? The production appears in the list of Sounwave and Terrace Martin (the usual suspects) as well as DJ Dahi, Flying Lotus, Thundercat, Cardo, Alchemist and Swizz Beatz (whose young son produced a song untitled unmastered.). But the biggest reason that the tracklist could be fake is because "Humble". does not appear in it.

The production will most likely come from some of the frequent collaborators. DJ Dahi recently shared a photo from the studio with Kendrick.
