HipHopDX – This week in Hip Hop, cam'ron and Mase's lyrical beef was before I even started to work. The nominations for the Grammy awards fallen and it is safe to say that Hip-Hop will be well represented in 2018, in comparison with previous years. However, not everyone was very happy, specifically Q-Tip. Finally, Eminem Rebirth finally got a release date.
Cam'ron & Mase Final Rap Battle
Mase released "The Oracle", thesis aimed at cam'ron last Friday (24 November), and then cam'ron retaliated with "the Hour of the Dinner." Shortly after, Cam and Mase in the comments section of Instagram.
Why did Mase come to Killa Cam to begin with? During an interview on Hot 97's Ebro In The Morning, he said it was because the Dipset rapper he would always say slick things about him and let it slide.
"But what people don't realize, we have been enemies for way longer than we've been friends," Mase revealed. "I know him more as an enemy that I know of him as a friend if that makes sense. I knew him for like eight years as a friend. I've known him for 21 years as an enemy."
On the other hand, the Cam did an interview of their own with The Breakfast Club and called Mase of the thesis registration of pure fiction.

6oth Annual Grammy Nominations
JAY-Z and Kendrick Lamar are both the top contenders for Album of the Year at the 60th Annual Grammy Awards, which will take place in January. Both men are also two of the musicians of Hip Hop that bring in the nominations. JAY comes in first, nominated in every rap category, while the Point is situated on the second and will go against Jigga for record of the Year.
Rapsody, Cardi B, Kehlani, Tyler, The Creator, 6LACK, Logic, Big Sean and Khalid are among the artists nominated this year.
