J. Cole's "KOD" Breaks Spotify's Opening Day Record

J. Cole has dethroned Taylor Swift on the same of the books of record. The title track of his recently released KOD album set a new record for Spotify's most the day of the opening of the streams in the united States, according to the Data in the Chart.

"KOD" racked up 4.2 million streams in its first day, surpassing the previous mark of 3.8 million Swift "Look What You made Me Do". Another KOD song, "Photograph" cracked the Top 5 for the day of the opening of the streams, with 3.5 million euros.

J. Cole's "KOD" has broken the Spotify record for the highest opening day (4.2 m streams).

Cole KOD was released on Friday (April 20) and is projected to be #1 on the Billboard 200 in its first week. In addition to his new LP album, the Dreamville founder also dropped a video for the album cut "ATM".
