J. Prince Issues A Word Of Warning To Birdman About The Business Practices

"I know you don't [to their children] to harvest the seeds that have been sewn by a bad business."

J. Prince, the founder of Rap-a-Lot Records, has called Birdman, once more of what he calls "bad business" practices.

In a lengthy Instagram post, uploaded on Tuesday night (February 20), the Prince took the time to remind Birdman that the mogul's son, Jas Prince, was the one who discovered Drake and brought him to the attention of Cash Money Records more than a decade ago.

Jas Prince settled a lawsuit with Lil Wayne Young Money Entertainment an imprint of Cash Money in 2016, but according to reports, they filed a second lawsuit against Cash Money founders Bryan "Birdman" Williams and Ronald "Slim" Williams in April of 2017.

"I've always had respect for the two brothers Ronald and Bryan Williams in a hurry because someone has success in this business of music earns respect," the Prince wrote in his IG post. "I'm glad to have been an inspiration for them, but you was witness of the words that came out of his mouth. And I quote, " Your family is my family. You have to understand that is where Drake comes into play. That came from J. No one knows that' The J who really deserves that RESPECT and to be PAID it is my son @Jas.The prince discovered @ChampagnePapi."
