Jacquees Arrested After Getting Stopped For Not Wearing Seat Belt In The Lamborghini
The 23-years old, was charged with failure to obey an officer and disorderly conduct.
Miami, FL – Jacquees was arrested in Miami's South Beach neighborhood on Wednesday (March 21) after police say he refused to stop while driving his black Lamborghini, according to the Miami Herald.
Jacquees instructed to pull over after an officer says that he noticed that the 23-year-old wasn't wearing his seat belt.
"The defendant did not obey my orders and instead kept driving the vehicle at low speed with heavy traffic, it continues to the north, the Ocean of Unity," the arresting officer wrote in his report.
Jacquees — a native of Georgia, who later asked him why he was arrested.
"It was then asked again for him to stop and to give me his driver's license. The defendant, once again, refused to obey lawful command of this officer," the report added.
After pulling, the Cash Money Records singer asked to move to the sidewalk, but police say he refused. Subsequently, the large crowds of spectators gathered, and the arresting officer called for backup.
"The officials have to be requested in the emergency mode, due to the large crowd, the collection and the defendant are still not complying."

Jacquees-born Rodriguez Jacquees broadnax — was later arrested and charged with failure to obey an officer and disorderly conduct.
"It should be noted that the defendant's actions disturbed the public peace and quiet and the morale of the spectators on a busy spring break day at ocean drive, in Miami Beach," the report concluded.

According to its website, Jacquees still has plans to perform in Detroit and Dallas this Saturday (March 24) and Sunday (March 25).<
