Jeezy Countersuing Houston Promoter Of $1M
An initial demand involved Atlanta's favorite snowman jumping in a show and pocketing $60,000 deposit.
Jeezy has decided to countersue Houston promoter, who filed a lawsuit against the rapper from Atlanta for $100,000 for breach of contract and take a deposit of $30,000 after jumping out of a show.
According to The Jasmine BRAND, The snowman is accusing Darryl Austin of harm to his reputation and is demanding $1 million.
The presentation of your case in the past month of February, Austin says that he was informed Jeezy did not perform after the booking of the place had already sold about a thousand tickets for the show. The suit continues saying Jeezy's promised payment was even raised $80,000 for the rapper of the application.
In its response, Jeezy says that he was never paid, and Austin not to negotiate with the representatives of his team. Also, Austin allegedly sent an email to all ticket holders "trashing Jeezy and then published the defamatory statements on social media that were picked up by the media", the report said.
Today, Jeezy is preparing his next tour in promotion of Trap or Die 3 along with Lil Durk and YFN Lucci.
