Jim Jones Accuses THE Suitability of the Profiles
"I still did chest today through all [the] BS."
The rapper from Harlem's Jim Jones took his displeasure with THE Adaptation to the means of social communication, after saying that was profiled in one of the popular fitness chain locations.
In a video uploaded to social networks on Monday (5 February), Jones says that the incident began when he asked if he could charge his phone using one of the gym's equipment. The employee at the counter refused, and things escalated from there, to the point where it had stopped, and a fitness center employee accused him of giving the finger on his way.
Jones, who revealed that he has been a member of a gym for four years, says that he did not do such a thing.
"So, I'm in to Fitness, and I'm trying to get a charger," Jim Jones said. "And them trying to kick me out and finish me. The lady lied on me. She said that she gave the middle finger in THE Fitness room. And then she tried to tell me that I'm getting done to me asking for a charger in THE Fitness room. I have not yet said anything to anyone. I have not raised my voice to anyone. I have not done anything to anyone. So, right now I feel like I'm being profiled in Fitness."
He added that he felt he was being treated differently because of their race, and of how I was dressed. "th least U could do is be helpful and courteous to all ur customers, regardless of the color of the race wht clothes there wore time u like rap or country music."
