Kanye West Produced An Album For The Rapper That Freestyled To Him In TMZ
The next project, "the Cocaine Ferrari," is on the way.
Los Angeles, CA - the aspiring rapper by the name of Cameron Grey stopped Kanye West outside of a Big Sean concert of spitting a freestyle for him in front of the cameras of TMZ last year, is now preparing to launch its first project, the Cocaine Ferrari. The album will be produced by Yeezus himself, TMZ reports.
After doing a on the spot freestyle and the written verse to the G. O. O. D. Music boss, while Justin Bieber kept asking for more bars, Grey pleaded with Kanye to give him a chance.
The winner of the prize Grammy, the rapper initially curve, the aspiring MC to Yeezy told Cameron to freestyle in front of the cameras for him. Gray gladly took the opportunity.
"The girl with the Cam standing in front of Kanye / and I would like to give me a deal / I swear I need it / I swear my whole life this shit that I'm dreaming / I swear to God I'm sorry," the native of Ohio spit.
"Opens to start as, like, an assistant?" West asked Gray after his impromptu performance.
"I'm to start anything," Cam answered back.
After the chance encounter, Kanye called for a meeting with Gray where the "St. Paul", the rapper of the connected with their 4x Grammy-winning producer, Anthony Kilhoffer.
Ironically, Big Sean, got its start in a similar way, when he ran up to his local Detroit radio station with the hope that possibly rap to Kanye and get a record deal with G. O. O. D. Music. The Chicago native originally refused to hear Sean spit as well, but after some more pleading, he had his chance and West signed him.
Gray is scheduled to release his debut project Cocaine Ferrari, along with a 360-degree view of a virtual reality experience of the music at any time.
