Last year, Pusha declared King of Insertion would be the best album of 2018.

"It's going to be the album of the year in 2018," he told Billboard. "Heavy raps, the production by Kanye West, from top to bottom. I've been at this for a long time, and one thing about me is that it only has to be right."

Pusha previously attributed Yeezy of the perfectionism of that will be their third LP for the delay. It's already been three years since we launched the King of the Push – darkest Before Dawn: The Prelude.

"I made this album three times, to the right," he said during a performance at the Budweiser Made In America Festival last September. "[West] arrives, pick up all the beats and shit. Then listen to the heartbeat and it remains of them and says: 'I can do better.' He's done that shit like three times."

West also announced a June 22 release date of Teyana Taylor's upcoming album.
