Kenan Thompson Says that Kanye West "SNL" Cast "Hostage" During the Pro-Trump Rant
The veteran "SNL" actor refers to the episode as a "circus".
New York, NY – Kenan Thompson was a guest and performer on Late Night With Seth Meyers to talk about his 16th season on Saturday Night Live. During the conversation, went to the "circus" that developed on Saturday (29 September) with musical guest Kanye West.
In particular, Meyers asked about the pro-Trump rant Kanye delivered after the exhibition.
"He expressed his opinion very loudly and for a long time," Thompson said. "I don't know if it is the time necessarily to keep the people hostage like that. But well, you know. ... I felt so bad for the guys. Because it is difficult to be there and not be able to debate with someone who goes to far against your personal opinion."
Thompson admitted he was relieved that he decided to "quit" before YOU rant.
