Kendrick Lamar Doesn’t Have As Many Spotify Monthly Listeners As The Kid LAROI

The 17-year-old Australian rapper became a trending Twitter topic on Monday (January 11) after surpassing K. Dot.

Kendrick Lamar is often exalted to god-like status when it comes to Hip Hop and his elusive presence makes him that much more intriguing to his fans.

But evidently there’s one artist who’s collecting more Spotify monthly listeners than the great K. Dot — The Kid LAROI. On Monday (January 11), the 17-year-old Australian rapper became a trending Twitter topic after he hit 25,569,361 monthly listeners on the streaming giant, surpassing Kendrick’s 24,470,054..centered-ad {

It’s important to note Kendrick has maintained roughly 24 million Spotify monthly listeners even though his last album DAMN. was released in 2017 and one of his only collaborations was on the 2020 song “Look Over Your Shoulder” from Busta Rhyme’s Extinction Level Event 2: The Wrath Of God album.
