Kobe Bryant Gives Honest Reaction To Kanye West, "Slavery Is A Choice" Comments
"The hell are you talking about?" asked the basketball great.
Los Angeles, CA – Kobe Bryant has addressed Kanye West the slavery of the comments, and needless to say, he's just as confused as the rest of us.
The retired basketball great was speaking to a group of students in Los Angeles, when asked what he thought of the West, "slavery is a choice" comments.
Bryant said to the 14 year old student that their initial response was to ask himself, "what the hell are you talking about?", and he said that this was probably the reaction that the rest of us had, as well.
He then went on to clarify that "totally in disagreement" with the Western states, but also hastened to add that he had the right to say what I felt was correct because "that is the nice part of living in a democracy."
Bryant said that, on the contrary, when you say what you want to say, you have to be willing to accept what others say in response, "because everybody has the right to say what they feel." He said that in the West is someone who is doing "a lot of questions" about themselves, and use questioning to raise his thought process.
"So I take it as what it is, and totally in disagreement," Bryant concluded.
