Lil Pump Reacts As Expected Of J. Cole's Supposed Diss

When J. Cole dropped KOD Friday (April 20), the album closer "1985 (Introduction To 'The Fall Off')," immediately sparked controversy with the line, "I heard one of em sim me, surprise me/ I ain't trippin, listen good to my answer."

Several Twitter users were quick to find out that Cole was pointing, and many concluded that there was a Lil Pump. Now, the "Gucci Gang" rapper has responded to Cole's supposed diss on social media.

"Wow, you get a lot of props," he says in a video. "Diss a young man of 17 years of age. Lame-ass jit."

The pump of dismissive response to Cole's perceived jab is not really surprising considering your new career is flourishing. The native of Miami's latest video, "ESSKEETIT" has become almost 50 million views on YouTube in its first week, and the aforementioned "Gucci Gang" single has been certified 2x platinum by the RIAA.

Meanwhile, the Pump of 2017 self-titled debut album on the Billboard 200 chart at #3. Along with his recent Warner Bros Music agreement, he is poised to have a solid year.

Cole the track does not offer some wise words of the Bomb and his ilk about how to maintain longevity in the rap game. Time will tell.
