"It was a four-day session for a song, and Diddy just push you to do things you wouldn't normally do," says T-pain in an interview with Andy Cohen for Watch What Happens Live late last year. "He was going to try to get out of your box, which is a bit difficult to do in a couple of hours. But I think, in the end, he is a pain in the ass a little bit helped me to be better with myself and I was pushing way Diddy would push me."
Stoicville: The Phoenix has previously been given a December 15, 2015 release date, however, the date has been pushed back.
Despite the pressure of the back, T-pain has released four singles, including "Do your Fucking Job", with Juicy J, "Roof Fye", "What is a Shit", and the Valentine's Day published court, "Officially Yours."
