Tekashi 6ix9ine Allegedly Assaulted a Police Officer In the police department Precinct
The hits just keep coming.
New York, NY – Tekashi 6ix9ine, according to reports, was accused of assault on Monday (May 21) after allegedly grabbing and squeezing the hand of a police officer while he was in custody for driving with a suspended license, according to multiple sources.
HipHopDX has confirmed with the police department that the police came to 6ix9ine of the vehicle on Sunday (May 20) because he was parked in front of a fire hydrant. After officers ran his name through the system, it was discovered that he had a suspended license. POLICE said he was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
Page Six and the Spectrum of News NY1's Myles Miller report, additional charges were levied against 6ix9ine after an incident in the 77th Precinct station house.
"He squeezed the [cop] of the hand, causing pain and inflammation," a police spokesperson told Page Six.

6ix9ine has been mired by legal woes since pleading guilty to the use of a child in a sexual performance in 2015. Last month, his next court date in the case was postponed.
More recently, a warrant for misdemeanor assault, according to reports, was issued in Texas, after an incident in which the controversial artist allegedly choked a fan in The Galleria in Houston.
