Tekashi 6ix9ine Faces Up to 3 Years In Prison And Sex offender Registration

New York, NY – fresh off of the success of Tekashi 6ix9ine Hot 100 hit "FEFE" with Nicki Minaj, the controversial rapper is feeling the heat of the District Attorney of New York.
The D. A. is recommending that you serve a period of one to three years in state prison and register as a sex offender for violating his plea agreement, The Explosion of reports. A letter from the Manhattan D. A.'s Office describes the reasoning behind his decision.
"The defendant has had more than two years to demonstrate to this Court that the role played in the sexual exploitation of thirteen years of age was an aberration in his otherwise law-abiding life," the letter says. "He has not been able to do it."

The rainbow of color of hair artist previously pleaded guilty to use of a child in a sexual performance in 2015. In exchange for his guilty plea, the sentence was to be deferred for two years. This made him eligible for Youthful Offender adjudication, which would seal his criminal record. All I had to do was stay out of trouble.
6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, has struggled to meet the court of claims, though. Faces charges of assault in Houston for allegedly choking, 16 years old, fan in the month of January. In May, he was arrested for driving with a suspended license and charged with assaulting a police officer, which he denies. The charges in the latter case, since then, have been reduced to a misdemeanor.
The judgment by 6ix9ine is scheduled to take place on the 2nd of October.
