The tributes Continue to pour in As Craig Mack's Cause Of Death Is Revealed

Walterboro, SC – Hip Hop veterinarian Craig Mack died of heart failure at a hospital near your Walterboro, South Carolina home on Monday (March 12), according to the New York Daily News.
Producer-Alvin Toney, who helped compose Mack 1994 debut album, Project: Funk da World, according to the reports, saw the former Bad Boy Records affiliate for the last time last week. Toney explained that he was working on a documentary about the Trenton, New Jersey-born rapper.
"No one came to understand its history," Toney said. "I wanted the world to know the talent that he had. It was something that I wanted people to enjoy, but was interrupted because he was very religious and wanted to go to church."
During the visit, Toney, said Mack told him that he had been ill for some time and knew that their days were numbered.
"I was prepared for what to come, to go home to the Lord," Toney said. "I was prepared for it. He was not afraid. He was prepared to do."
As the news of Mack's passing continues to spread online, more and more Hip Hop personalities have turned to social media to pay their respects and offer their condolences.
EPMD Erick Sermon revealed Mack was in the process of setting of a new album prior to his death.
