XXXTENTACION Murder Suspect Begs Judge To Let Him Out Of Jail

Miami, FL – Robert Allen, the third suspect arrested by XXXTENTACION of the murder, according to reports, is asking a judge to let him out on bail.
According to TMZ, Allen, 22-year-old insists there is no proof that he has committed a crime and believed that they should be released to be able to take care of his pregnant fiancée. He promises that he will go to work in a Broward County, Florida for the lawn care business.

Allen was charged with first-degree murder by a grand jury along with Dedrick Williams, Trayvon Newsome and Michael Boatwright. The four remain in custody.
Meanwhile, X last album, ?, only reached platinum status. Released roughly three months before his death ? it debuted at no. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, selling over 131,000 album equivalent units in its first week.
The project was certified gold on June 26 — eight days after the X to the death and officially reached platinum certification on August 7.
The video for "SAD!", that was published posthumously, took the single to number 1 on the Hot 100 shortly after its release.
X was assassinated on June 28, outside of the RIVA motor sports in Deerfield Beach, Florida, during what his attorney believes was a "robbery at random."
The fans had the chance to say goodbye to the dead 21-year-old in a public, open-casket memorial in the month of June.
