XXXTENTACION of Domestic Violence, Case Closed
Several witness tampering charges were also dropped.
Miami, FL – Before June shooting death, XXXTENTACION is facing multiple felonies in relation to a 2016 domestic violence case. But those charges have been dropped in the light of his death.
X his ex-girlfriend, Geneva Ayala, accused the dead of 20 years of abusing her while she was pregnant with his child. Therefore, he was being charged with aggravated battery of a pregnant woman, domestic violence by strangulation, false imprisonment, and witness tampering.
According to the Miami-Dade County Clerk of Courts website, the charges were withdrawn on the 31st of July.
Following X's death, Ayala said that he was "broken" and asked for privacy in what she calls a "difficult time".
The "Look At Me!" rapper was murdered on June 18, outside of the RIVA motor sports in Deerfield Beach, Florida. A grand jury indicted four men allegedly linked to the shooting last month.
Dedrick Williams, Robert Allen and Michael Boatwright are in custody, while the Trayvon Newsome remains in general.
