XXXTENTACION Out Of Jail, But punished With house Arrest
Miami, FL – After being arrested last week on multiple felony charges, XXXTENTACION is expected to be released from jail in 60 days of house arrest, according to TMZ.
As indicated in the Miami Dade Corrections website, the polarization of Broward County, Florida native was released on felony bond on Wednesday (20 December).
The 17 rapper's attorney, David Bogenschutz, according to the report, said that the judge is willing to let X meets its contractual obligations, while under house arrest, which means that it will be able to make music and record at a local studio. As part of his house arrest conditions, is strictly prohibited to have contact with the alleged victim or the witnesses in the case.
Bogenschutz added that once X the house of detention expires, your team is going to try to get him released on bail while they prepare for the trial.
X, that the brief career has been mired in controversy, was arrested on seven felony charges stemming from a 2016 domestic violence case. On Monday (18 December), he was punished with eight felonies for the alleged manipulation of witnesses, bringing the total to felony charge to 15. Prosecutors discovered the evidence after combing through his stay in the jail calls that he made last year.
