Yella Beezy Hospitalized After Drive-By Shooting
The native of Dallas behind the hit "That's On Me" was filmed in more than a dozen times.
Lewisville, TX – Yella Beezy, best known for their hit "That is In Me", has been hospitalized after being shot in Lewisville, Texas, on Sunday (October 14).
Central track, Dallas-based alternative publication, is confirmed for the first time, Beezy was the 26-year-old victim following reports of a drive-by shooting by the Dallas Morning News and a local CBS station.
According to the police, Beezy was driving Sam Rayburn Toll road, when another vehicle stopped next to him to attack. More than a dozen shots and Beezy was hit three times.
Police were called around 3:30 am CST and found Beezy on the State of the Highway 121 Bypass. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he is still alive despite her injuries.
We can now confirm that the rapper Yella Beezy — which "That is In Me" single has become one of the biggest songs of the year and one of the biggest rap hits ever out of Dallas, was hospitalized after being shot last night.

Beezy earned her first Billboard Hot 100 song in August with "That's On Me." The track has found success due to its strong presence on the radio, spending 19 weeks on the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart.
