50 Cent Reveals Donald Trump Offered Him $500K To Join the Presidential Campaign of
The "Power" of the star claims Triumph in the camp wanted to bring him on board in an attempt to help sway african-american voters.
The City of new York, NY – 50 Cent has revealed that Donald Trump offered him $500,000 to make an appearance during his presidential campaign last year. 50, says that the move was in an attempt to help persuade African-Americans to vote for the Triumph.
"Before he was elected, I was having problem with the African-American vote," 50 said during a recent interview with Hot 97. "They wanted me to pay $500,000 as part of the campaign that you just make an appearance. I was like, 'no, that is Not good money.' I'm not going to do that. Not worth the trouble."
In the elections of 2016, around 16.4 million African-Americans voted, making up approximately 11.9 percent of the voting demographic, according to data from the U.S. Bureau of the Census. In his post-election analysis, the BBC reported only eight percent of African-Americans voted for the Triumph on the 8th of November.
50 also offered his opinion on the Triumph of the presidency, saying, "Your presidency is an accident. If you are a president by accident, you can do some of the things that Donald Trump is doing."
