The daily Struggle of the hosts of DJ Akademiks got Twitter talking once more after it published a video in which he assumed that he could be facing five to 10 years in prison. A video posted on Wednesday (3 January), is Ak confessed that he was heading to the court.
"If I'm going for the next couple of weeks, listen man, it was real," he said in the video. "I've never been in jail before. I'm not going to lie to you. If you have me in custody by the way, not video, if they do — because I'm crying."

Footage of Ak walking in a palace of justice also hit the web with a woman who narrates every step of the way (presumably to his girlfriend Angelica).
"I all I want to say is Free Ak," the woman says. "This is the last couple of hours he could be here, so hashtag #FreeAk."
She adds, "I'm not here to lie to you, but we're about 30 minutes late to your appointment at the court. Free Akademiks. Let's see how it goes."
