Things get dark in the new single of the pop singer's seventh album.
Speaking of Eminem vicious BET Hip Hop Awards freestyle aimed at Donald Trump has been buzzing since it was originally aired on October 10. Despite the fact that his next album is rumored that it will arrive in November, fans have been eager to enjoy a taste of Marshall Mathers last lyric of adventures.
Fans can get a quick Em to fix with "the Revenge", a new track taken from Pink's seventh studio album Beautiful Trauma.
Produced by Max Martin and Shellback, the track features Pink and Em are diving into the pain of infidelity. With lines like, "Fuck trying to make amends/ I'd rather take revenge/ sticking pins in my court," the Shadow of the verse sounds reminiscent of the style prevalent in The Marshall Mathers LP.
"Revenge" marks the third collaboration between Eminem and Pink. "Won't Back Down" was the first in 2010 and "Here Comes the Weekend", followed in 2012.
The vibrant pop singer recently spoke to Lorena in the Magazine about how he managed to make the collaboration come to fruition.
"I walked up to him in this case," he said in around nine minutes. "I love him. I've always loved him. I think the lyrical genius and only wrote me a love letter. I went to study, I drank a lot of wine. I wrote 'Revenge.' I went home and I drank more wine ... I wrote him an email ... I just write this letter of love and he just wrote back, 'Ok'. Great. Done."
