HBO Greenlights 2 New Shows With Issa Rae

Get ready for "He Or She" and "Sweet Life".

Los Angeles, CA – Insecure creator Issa Rae will now have two new programs that compete for the timelines of Twitter during the broadcast instead of one.

Deadline has revealed that the HBO, Unsafe, very decorated host, has given the green light for Him Or Her and the Sweet of Life, a comedy and drama, respectively.

Rae will serve as executive producer to He or She, along with the Emmy Award-winning Travon Free. The show is described as a half-hour chronicles the dating life of a bisexual black man and the "distinctly different worlds and relationships", in which a life-style brings.

Deniese Davis ColorCreative.TV the fame also is the executive producer along with 3 Arts.

As for the Sweet of Life, the scene is set in the "Black Beverly Hills" (Windsor Hills to be exact) and paints of the era of the story of the teens who grow up in a privileged neighborhood. This particular show will feature one-hour episodes, and is co-created by the Sar and the Scandal producer Raamla Mohamed. 3 Arts will also serve as executive producer for the Sweet Life.

On the 8th of August, it was announced Unsafe to return a long-awaited third season. During a recent interview with #DXLive, Enimal, Issa Rae's brother, recalled how a small indie web series launched the success of HBO's beloved comedy.

"[It was] a rockumentary about our situation through the industry of the music and the crazy trials and tribulations we went through trying to do," he recalled. "That was our first introduction. We on Worldstar, the Vibe Magazine, a couple of different publications. It was a learning experience for sure. We are left with the grinding, keeps mashing, and finally disbanded, but that was my first introduction into the rap game."
