Keyshia Cole Ordered To Pay $100K For Assault In Birdman's Condo
The victim of the attack of 2014 was seeking $ 4 million in damages.
Los Angeles, CA – Singer Keyshia Cole has been ordered by a judge to pay a significant amount of money to a woman who was assaulted in 2014, according to TMZ.
Sabrina Mercadel, who says he was brutally attacked by the 36-year old native of Oakland at Birdman's West Los Angeles condo, won $100,635 trial. She was originally seeking $ 4 million.
The incident, according to reports, it went down after that Cole presented at the Cash Money Records CEO's place in the middle of the night. The two are rumored to be dating at the time, Cole and apparently the suspicion that he was unfaithful. Once she found Mercadel at the condo, all hell is lost, and Cole attacked.
Mercadel accused Cole of punching her in the face, pulling her hair, and the use of nails claw his face and mouth. As a result, Mercadel said she lost the use of one of his fingers. Cole was arrested and spent the night in a Los Angeles jail, but was released on $46,000 bail.
The assault also put an end to Cole's relationship with Birdman.
