Kodak Black Accused Of Criminal Sexual Conduct Charges
Here we go again.
Florence county, SC – Kodak Black has been indicted by a Florence County grand jury on charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct in South Carolina, according to ABC 15 News. He was officially charged in November of 2016 and released from prison in December of 2016 after posting a $ 100,000 bond.
The 20-year-old, of Pompano Beach, Florida native is being accused of assaulting a teenager in a hotel, the Comfort Inn and Suites in February of 2016. Subsequently, he informed his nurse of the school, in the County of Richland. The school resource officer alerted the Florence County Sheriff's Office.
The incident occurred while Kodak was in Florence for a concert at the Treasure City night club.
This is the latest entry in Kodak's long criminal history. He was only released from prison in June, where he had been imprisoned for violating his probation. Of the drugs and the theft of the battery and the deprivation of liberty, negative headlines surrounding Kodak's criminal behavior have dominated his career.
Things were momentarily looking up for the troubled rapper. His latest album, the Project Baby 2, which is currently at #15 on the Billboard 200 chart, and Kodak recently conducted a course of anger management, which was ordered by a judge.
No trial date has been set.
