Kodak Black Arrested (Again)
Broward County, FL – Kodak Black is once again behind bars.
According to the Broward Sheriff's Office records, the Pompano Beach, Florida native was arrested Thursday (January 18) on several charges, including grand theft of a firearm, possession of weapons, possession of drugs (marijuana), child neglect and violation of probation. In total, there are seven new charges pending against the 20 years.
The Project Baby 2 rapper was evidently the live broadcast when the police raided the house he was in. In the video, a police officer is heard asking Kodak phone, and it says that it is "part of this search warrant."
In 2015, Kodak was arrested in Pompano Beach by theft, battery, two counts of unlawful deprivation of liberty of a child under 13 years of age, three counts of unlawful deprivation of liberty of an adult, driving with a suspended license and possession of marijuana.
After violating his probation, was sentenced to 364 days in jail, but got out of 180 days early to participate in a program of early release. Officially he was released from jail last June. He was given a year of house arrest and five years of probation. It was also required to take a course of anger management that you have completed.
The past month of October, was indicted for the crime of sexual conduct charges in South Carolina also. He was accused in November of 2016 and released from prison in December of 2016 after posting a $ 100,000 bond.
He was also recently ordered to pay $4,000 a month in child support.
Kodak is currently detained at the Broward County Main Jail in Fort Lauderdale, according to WPLG 10.
