Weezy has not been taking it eazy.
Los Angeles, CA – Following Lil Wayne's recent hospitalization in Chicago for seizures, Weezy's manager Cortez Bryant says Wayne is not slowing in the short term.
"He is a workaholic," Bryant told TMZ at the Los Angeles International Airport. "That is what made him to where his is now, man. He is in the studio all the time trying to make music ... He is epileptic — that is the reality. That is why it is something that we know we're going to have to deal with the rest of your life, and we have only to make sure that is appearing drugs and try to force him to rest a little."
"It's not going to affect us or stop us," he adds. "We're not going to let the disease stop us."
When asked if their seizures were linked with the use of codeine or other medicines, he said, "has nothing to do with any of those other things. He is an epileptic. It is a disease that has to deal with ... This might not be the last time you see Lil Wayne having a seizure."
Wayne, according to reports, he was discharged from the hospital on Wednesday (6 September) and his daughter Reginae Carter confirmed that he was "doing good" via Twitter.
Doctors reportedly told Wayne to take it easy for a while.
