Meek Mill In Trick Daddy's Rant: "I do not Understand"
The Philly rapper is not here for the negativity.
Philadelphia, PA – Meek Mill is obviously surprised fellow rapper Trick Daddy went on a social media tirade directed at him during the weekend.
The Miami rapper's Instagram tantrum was one of a handful of songs Meek discussed during an appearance on Philadelphia's Power 99 FM's Cosmic Kev. When initially asked about the video, that found the Trick of blasting Gentle on the comments made about his influence on Miami, Meek said that he didn't get it.
He also makes reference to the OGs in Philadelphia and stated that they never had to resort to social media if they had a problem with someone.
"I don't understand," Meek said. "And one thing with me — I come from Philadelphia. All of our OGs, that don't get on Instagram where he is. And if you want to say something to someone, go say something to 'em. They are put in contact to 'em. And they say that with 'em. Especially if it is on that kind of level of anger."
Quickly changed the focus back to your album of Wins And Losses, which was released on July 21.
"I've worked hard on this album," he said. "I don't think you should be able to go on Instagram and just rant and go crazy. And then it is only mentioned in an interview. It's about Wins And Losses ... I'm not really trying to talk about the negativity ... I have always being handled with respect."
