Michael Jackson Sexual Abuse Case Closed

Let the King of Pop, rest in peace.

Los Angeles, CA – A Los Angeles judge dismissed a lawsuit filed against the late Michael Jackson on Tuesday (19 December), according to the Associated Press.

Choreographer Wade Robson alleged that the King of Pop abused him as a child, but the Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff found that two of Jackson-owned enterprises — the two other defendants in the case — not responsible for exposing Robson of Jackson, but the Judge Beckloff did not rule on the credibility of Robson's allegations.

Robson met the music legend when she was 5 years old and in the beginning defended the "Thriller" mastermind in Jackson's 2005 criminal trial, alleging that he had spent the night there at least 20 times in the Neverland Ranch and was never bothered. Jackson was eventually acquitted.

But in 2013, Robson changed course and filed a lawsuit against the Michael Jackson Estate, saying that he was abused during a period of seven years. Two years later, a judge ruled that it was too late to sue for any of Jackson's money, and Robson continued after MJJ Productions, Inc., and MJJ Ventures, Inc. Judge Beckloff Tuesday's decision put an end to this chapter.

Robson attorney, Vince Finaldi, the plans appeal.

"What the judge is saying is that if a company or of a company, you can hire people, use these people to facilitate the sexual abuse, the use of them to assist the victims," Finaldi, told The Associated Press by phone. "As long as you are the sole owner of the corporation, the corporation can not be held responsible."
