Nelly Detained For Alleged Rape

Auburn, WA – Nelly was arrested early Saturday morning (October 7) for an alleged violation, according to Q13 Fox News. The alleged incident allegedly happened outside of a Walmart location in the rapper's tour bus in Auburn, Washington. The woman, according to the report, called law enforcement around 3:45 a.m. local time.

Nelly had been carried out at the White River Amphitheater Friday night (7 October). He is expected to perform with Florida Georgia Line on Saturday night in the city of Ridgefield.

A reporter from Q13 Fox News twitter the details surrounding the detention and published a book of record belonging to Cornell to Go to Hayens, Jr., that is Nelly the government's name.

The woman claims Haynes (Nelly) sexually assaulted her in the tour bus. Auburn PD felt that there was no probable cause to arrest him. #Q13FOX

Nelly, according to reports, he was booked in the second degree rape charges at around 6:39 in the morning and is still in custody.

HipHopDX reached out to Nelly's manager, but until now there is no word at the time of publication.
