T-Pain Makes A Mockery Of 2009 Collaborations From Lil Wayne On Twitter

The return of T-Wayne?

T-pain sent Twitter into a bit of a frenzy on Wednesday (May 17), when he dropped what appears to be the cover art of an old collab with Lil Wayne that never saw the light of day.

Together with the corresponding Instagram post, T-pain wrote: "I feel reeeeeaaaaalll spontaneous now #2009 #TheMissingPageInTheHistoryBook."

On Twitter, T-Pain shared the same image with the mocking legend: "what?"

Twitter is the answer? A resounding yes.

The "Buy U a Drank", the singer had teamed up with Weezy in the decade of the '00s for various tracks and was not an idea for a full length record that never materialized. Now, fans across the social networks with the hope that T-pain is ready to release the recordings of the sessions.

If it's anything like the rest of the tracks that were recorded at the time, the fans have every reason to be excited about.

A man who is not too happy about the news, although it is a Houston, Texas rapper who actually goes by the name T-Wayne. It is unlikely that T-pain and Weezy was going to change the name of their collab at this point, so that T-Wayne Mc should probably just soak up all the additional advertising that can come out of this.
