The Gaslamp Killer Files Lawsuit For Defamation Against The Alleged Victims Of Rape
The truth will prevail?
Los Angeles, CA– all hell broke loose for The Gaslamp Killer last month, when the West Coast DJ/producer was accused of raping two women in the last month. One of the alleged victims, Chelsea Tadros, initially released on Twitter with the claims GLK (real name William Bensussen) had forced himself on her and a friend, and the three of them had non-consensual sex. The friend was later identified as RaeAn Medina.
Now, the GLK is struggling with a lawsuit for defamation filed against Tadros, Medina, and Tadros' boyfriend, Jack Wagner. The suit was filed on Monday (13 November) to "falsely and maliciously" accusing GLK of drugging and raping them.

GLK's lawyer Parag Amin explains in a press release, "These false and despicable allegations have scuttled the Lord Bensussen the race, put an end to his personal life, and that led to the cancellation of their shows. Mr. Bensussen is trying to restore his good name the right way – through a court of law, where people should testify under oath and the accountability for false statements."
After the accusations, the GLK is dropped from several presentations at festivals. Low End Theory, a weekly experimental Hip Hop night club that he helped establish in The Airplane in Los Angeles, also immediately, parted ways with the veteran musician.
Flying Lotus, another product of the Low end Theory scene, they even came under fire when he appeared to defend GLK during one of his sets, but he quickly issued an apology for any "insensitive" comments he made.
GLK maintains his innocence and insists that the act was consensual.
