The king Of The Dot Weighs In on Wendy's & Wingstop's Twitter Rap Battle
Sit back, be humble.
Twitter – Two fast food chains — Wendy's and Wingstop — took the food of humor to a whole new level when they went head-to-head in a spirited rap battle via Twitter.
Starting on Monday (2 October), the people behind Wendy's and Wingstop Twitter accounts marketed several bars about their various menu items — Wendy's signature Frostys to Wingstop's ranch dressing.
With lines like, "Sit down, be humble," an obvious nod to Kendrick Lamar "HUMBLE.,"and a mention of Syd Tha Kyd (although his name is spelled incorrectly), it is clear that is not the current speed of the Hip Hop.
Wendy took it a step further and retweet a post from SoundCloud, announcing a "XO Icy Llif3" collab. The music platform uses the cover art imitating Lil Uzi Vert "XO Tour Llif3." The difference? Wendy is traveling in the back seat and Uzi is holding an ice Cream.

The social media antics even caught the attention of the esteem of the rap battle league King Of The Dot. The league wrote on Twitter, "Hey now, @Wendy & @Wingstop ... there's a time and a place for this", which was accompanied by a wink emoji.
