Trae Tha Truth Received from Houston Key Of the City
And's well deserved.
Houston, TX – earlier this year, officials in Houston, announced that Trae Tha Truth would be honored with the key to the city, however, the ceremony – which was linked to the rapper's 10th annual TraeDay the event was delayed due to the devastating effects of Hurricane Harvey.
However, in a charity basketball game that was held Friday (15 December), the veteran rapper was finally presented with the award by the mayor of Houston, Sylvester Turner.
The honour was given, in part, by the tireless work Brings made in the wake of Hurricane Harvey, although he has always been a philanthropist in and around the Houston area.

It is a madness. I don't even know what that means: 'I have a key to the city", but let's do it."
