Trey Songz Hit With Probation For Detroit Concert Crisis
Trigga Trey touched to two misdemeanor charges for disturbing the peace.
Detroit, MI – don't touch Trey Songz microphone. If you are taking too much time, you just let him continue without problems. That was the 32-year-old singer's message during his explosive Detroit tantrum that saw him ripping up the Joe Louis Arena stage in December 2016. A police officer was also injured during the episode.
Despite the severity of the incident, Trigga Trey, according to the reports, walked out of court on Friday (August 18) with 18 months of probation after pleading guilty to two misdemeanor charges of disturbing the peace. You must also attend anger management classes and undergo drug testing.
According to Wayne County prosecutors, in accordance with Trey plea, charges of aggravated assault, and the resistance and obstruction of a police officer were dismissed.
Video of the appearance shows visually agitated Trey practically making a mockery of the event staff, while performing.
"If you cut me off remember, and text whoever they want, and tweet who you want on it," he tells the crowd. "Because if a black man cut me, I'll go fucking crazy".
After telling the staff of the court out of it, the images shown below, him throwing computers around the stage in the dark after the event staff, obviously pulled the plug. He was later arrested by resistance, and malicious destruction of property.
Trigga Trey twitter "Glory to God" on Twitter early Friday after the reading of the indictment.
